Refresh your limits.
Open Settings and press Refresh limits. The Bridge numbers appear under your limits: up to a thousand voices per exchange, one hundred exchanges a month.
If nothing changes.
Wait a few minutes and refresh again. If the numbers are still the free ones, or you typed the username wrong at checkout, write to us with the receipt and the plan is moved to the right account.
