What the numbers mean.
- What counts as an exchange.
Every exchange you create counts against the calendar month you created it in: three on the free tier, one hundred on Bridge. Versions written by participants never count against anything.
- Voices.
The count you set when you open an exchange: how many versions must land before the reveal. Two on the free tier, which is a couple. Up to a thousand on Bridge, which is a family, a group or a whole class.
- Who the plan belongs to.
The account that opens the exchanges. Participants by link have no account and nothing to pay.

How fast is the plan switched on?
Within a minute of the payment. In the app, open Settings and press Refresh limits; the new numbers appear under your limits.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe. At checkout you enter the username of the account to upgrade; the receipt arrives by email from Stripe.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the link in the receipt. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid, then the account goes back to the free tier. Exchanges you opened stay where they are.
Changed your mind?
Within 14 days, write to us and you get the money back.
I typed the username wrong at checkout.
Write to us with the receipt and the right username, and the plan is moved to it.
Do I need a card for the free tier?
No. The free tier has no card, no trial and no expiry.
